On 3rd July 2018, Saint-Gobain Abrasives South-East Asia organized “We are customer service day” at Thin Wheel plant in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. Every department and every employee were invited to join this event, since we are all contributing in Customer Service and we could improve Customer Service all together. In the morning, we started with the welcome video from Mr. Loic Mahe, VP Abrasives - Asia Pacific and the opening speech given by Mr. Paul Massard, General Manager – South East Asia. Then, we watched all together customer testimonial videos from Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. We also invited LKK Corporation Ltd. and Kingbrite Co.,Ltd., key customers from Bangkok for the live discussion session on stage at Nakhon Pathom plant. In the afternoon, the back office staffs participated in customer service workshops. These workshops helped us to identify root causes, to find solutions, and thus to improve our customer service in the future.
