Marketing Communication Executive (Weber)

Marketing Communication Executive: To implement of the company’s marketing communication while following up the company’s policies and strategies.

  • To create and produce all marketing communication tools above the line and below the line (including advertising materials, PR materials, P.O.P.materials, package design, etc,)
  • To coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels
  • To develop activity to achieve distribution target and in-store activities driving offtake
  • To execute the marketing communication plan of achieving in increasing brand awareness and brand visibility (including advertising both mass and at point of sell, public relations, marketing & selling tools, special event, on-line ads & content, etc.)
  • To wisely tracking budget spending of marketing communication;
  • To participate in the marketing strategy development process; promotion and new product development processes and market research process
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, advertising and others communication tools of weber and competitors
  • To analyst weber and competitors’ data of communication and promotion
  • To fulfil marketing request including generating file in AI to support the request
  • To participate in market visit and gather market information
  • To get abreast with new marketing trends (i.e. IOT, Digital Marketing) and get trained when necessary
  • Processing and dealing with purchaser about supplier payment, invoice received and other documents such as PO/PR/GR.
  • Managing marketing material stock and maintain up to date achieves of all related files 

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication; publishing, distributing and promoting content across all communication channels.
  • Work under pressure and rapid change in the market
  • Keep abreast of the market trend and competitors update
  • Proficiency in Microsoft offices excel and business analytics Tool i.e. power BI
  • Have worked in international environment
  • English is a must

Display and Graphic Designer (Weber)

Display and Graphic Designer : To create, design, specify material and produce marketing communication materials to promote weber products and weber brand image at commercial channel level; distribution, modern trade, project and e-commerce

  • To develop all graphic and design works for packaging, fundamental base design work for marketing material to support new product launch for Thai and export market
  • To be able to understand weber products and key selling point and extract into design work in relevance to customer/shop/sales requirements and quickly grasp the requirements of each project
  • To propose disruptive idea of communication tools at commercial level to improve weber visual merchandising and ultimately differentiate weber from competitors
  • At consumers and customers touch point, to develop, implement and execute various design work from beginning, material specifying to end production including trade show booth and portable exhibition display, product and information shelf display, tower/billboard, cut-out, roll-up, x-banner, x-frame, vinyl, and e-commerce banner, wobble, shelf strip, display to present product sample or mock up Calendar, Birthday card 
  • To collaborate with own team, sales team and shop owners to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly
  • To be able to specify proper materials to be used and ensure the best production quality of design work must be delivered to keep weber brand always in positive awareness such as colour fasting for signage, durability, flexibility, and practicality for display
  • To be able to create initial design sketches and three-dimensional visuals generated by the computer
  • To be able to interpret the customers’ requirements to produce their work and provide their own ideas in relation to the corporate concept

 

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Advertising in construction environment
  • Creativity
  • Strong visual sense
  • Awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work
  • Strong computer skills
  • Be practical and have an aesthetic sense
  • Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues

Marketing Communication – Digital Marketing (Weber)

Marketing Communication – Digital Marketing:  To implement of the companys marketing communication while following up the companys policies and strategies.

  • To propose the digital marketing communication plan (Google ads, Facebook, YouTube, Influencers etc,)
  • To work with agency developing content/key visual serving each digital platform.
  • To manage company’s social media account; Facebook, YouTube, Pantip, Line OA. Handling all Q&A from customers and generate leads to sale team.
  • To manage companys e-commerce platform; Lazada, e-shopFor Lazada, responsible for order transaction and co-ordinate with CS, FN team, Logistic, Suppliers to complete the full process including all documents
  • To participate in the marketing strategy development process; promotion and new product launch process
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and others communication tools (weber/Saint-Gobain and competitors)
  • To get well trained with product knowledge; soft skill and hard skill. Able to deliver key benefits of each product and promote with customers for lead generation.
  • To participate in market visit and gather market information;
  • To manage all communication platforms regarding Saint-Gobain corporate brandCreate content, co-ordinate with central team (France) for shared assets. Participate with working group/community in other countries.
  • To initiate activities, campaign building Saint-Gobain brand among internal employees and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing communication, Online media plan/production, experience with VDO & Graphic production process. 
  • Digital marketing social media/e-commerce LAZADA, Shopee, Noc Noc is preferred.
  • Strong presentation / Good Communication persuasion
  • Competent in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, understand graphic design program; Illustrator/Photoshop and able to co-ordinate with graphic designer or agency to create key visual.
  • Always keep pace with marketing trends in the market
  • Self-motivated and agile, commitment to success
  • Able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Socialized, able to create engagement with co-workers, client management with service mind.
  • English is a must (Writing & Speaking). Reference TOEIC score or other is preferred.

R&D Engineer (Based in Weber Plant - Saraburi Province)

R&D Engineer:  Lead individual projects (Project leader) in main responsibility by product groups, by system & solution of Thailand cluster. Supporting R&D activities for new and improvement of process/products such as arrange product trial, analyze data, and report to be ready for commercial aspect s in the markets.

  • To develop new product (project) development with creative concept & differentiation & competitiveness. As well as improve the existing product optimization, such as quality, packaging, cost etc. according to company strategy.
  • Work interdependently with relevant department like marketing, sales to push R&D project moving forwards in compliance with confirmed time frame with expect results.
  • To develop / initiate standards and methods for testing, inspection, and evaluation knowledge in engineering fields such as chemistry, and able to provide internal training of product knowledge to relevant department (sales, marketing, production, etc.)
  • To manage projects by allocating tasks to R&D Engineer and Lab Technicians; following up to get projects done in scheduled time, and control the performance of the products through trials.
  • To continuously look for new raw materials from new suppliers, develop new formula to minimize formulation costs.
  • To work with the marketing team to be competitive in terms of innovations in the market, and the competitors.
  • To control and communicate R&D procedures to concerned departments.
  • To monitor and develop R&D Engineer and Lab Technicians’ skills.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor or Master in chemistry engineering or science
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment of material for construction
  • Analytical method development and validation
  • Able to supervise  the local team of staffs and resources
  • Understand the link between Marketing and R&D
  • Understand the production, purchasing process
  • Curious, analytical, high attention to detail problem solving skill
  • Negotiation skill

Customer Service Officer - Weber (Outsourced Employee)

Customer Service Officer :  A direct point of contact for customers, an interface between customers and the company in terms of processing orders and providing product delivery service. Customer Service also handles and resolves customer's complaints and co-ordinate with all the departments designated.

  • To deal directly with customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries:  take orders by telephone, fax, email and customer website. 
  • To process orders, forms and requests, review and filing quotation, or other administrative paper required or necessary for day-to-day operations and send/fax to customers
  • To handle the sales orders and goods product return (RMS) of domestic and export in day-to-day operation, by checking all details : price, delivery date, discount and other conditions
  • To co-ordinate with sales, factory and customers in order to organize the best logistics service to customers
  • To co-ordinate with financial team to special price setting (promotion, discount, quotation price, etc)
  • To send requests and unresolved issues to the concerned parties
  • To record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • To play an active role in the implementation of the commercial action plan with efficiency.
  • To participate and help in the company’s activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, trainings to customers, customers’ gatherings or any occasions assigned by the company.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor degree in Sale, Marketing or Administration
  • 3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service experience in domestic and export
